Indicatie(s)
Lipertance is geïndiceerd voor de behandeling van essentiële hypertensie en/of stabiele coronaire hartziekte, geassocieerd met primaire hypercholesterolemie of gemengde hyperlipidemie als substitutietherapie bij volwassen patiënten die adequaat onder controle zijn met atorvastatine, perindopril en amlodipine die tegelijkertijd worden toegediend in dezelfde doses als in het combinatiepreparaat.

Samenstelling
De werkzame stoffen in dit medicijn zijn: atorvastatine, perindopril en amlodipine.

Elke filmomhulde tablet 10/5/5mg bevat 10,82mg atorvastatine- calciumtrihydraat overeenkomend met 10 mg atorvastatine, 5 mg perindopril arginine overeenkomend met 3,40 mg perindopril en 6,94 mg amlodipine-besilaat overeenkomend met 5 mg amlodipine.
- De andere stoffen in dit medicijn zijn:
- tabletkern: lactosemonohydraat, calciumcarbonaat (E170),hydroxypropylcellulose (E463), natriumzetmeelglycolaat (type A), microkristallijne cellulose (E460), maltodextrine, magnesiumstearaat (E572);
- filmomhulling: glycerol (E422), hypromellose (E464), macrogol 6000, magnesiumstearaat (E572), titaandioxide (E171), gele ijzeroxide (E172).
